400 g Bronze Drawn PGI Gragnano Paccheri
400 g Tomato San Marzano DOP
Extravirgin Olive Oil from Sorrento
Garlic – Basil – Sale
DIRECTIONS:
Let down your pasta in boiling water and add the salt to taste (just a punch , cooking time estimated 10 minutes) Use your pan to prepare a fund of olive oil Sorrentino, with a clove of garlic.
Let fry for just 30 seconds until the garlic is golden, then , add the tomatoes and the salt to taste.
When the pasta is cooked, let it flows into the pan with your tomato sauce, add two teaspoons of cooking pasta’s water , until the sauce
is well blended. Taste to judge. Turn off the heat and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil Sorrentino raw.
Garnish with a beautiful leaf of clean basil.
